Mt. Hope Refuse Collection Center (Private)

The Mount Hope and Brodrecht refuse centers are privately owned by The Galena Territory Association exclusively for members. They are open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. • Large items can be dropped off at the Mount Hope Refuse Center Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. • The fees are $30 for televisions, appliances and furniture, $5 per tire on a rim or light truck tires. No cash will be collected on site. An invoice will be sent to the owner of the proximity card being used to access the facility. • Anyone dropping off large items at other times is subject to fine. • Sorting of recyclables is not required. • Plastic, aluminum and tin must be clean. • Do not bundle newspapers and magazines. • Cardboard must be empty and flattened.
